I'm Being Watched

Do you ever get that unnerving feeling that you are being watched? Stalked? Outwitted? Do you ever feel on edge in the supposed comfort of your own home? How do you handle that pressure? Do you turn the TV up, go to bed, have a drink? I need advice. Only I feel like I could be being watched. What do you think?
